Site down, I'm rusty, Help?

22:14 (gmt+1) Hey all, it's been a while.

If you haven't noticed, I'm revamping my page. It's been down for a while but I finished my layout a while ago and I tried uploading Wordpress. Somethings gone wrong with my wp-config.php file. I don't know if I'm entering my information in right. I'm kinda rusty but I've done this before so I'm not too sure what to think. If anyone could help, I'd be really grateful!
