I felt that another rule change was necessary, because I've been getting a lot of applications lately with no content on the sites behind the reference urls. Anie

02:20 (gmt+1) I have spent the last two nights and parts of this one creating something spiffy, which, of course, has nothing to do with what I was supposed to do. Naturally. I made a clique for the colour yellow, because I'm crazy about it and someone has been quicker applying for the Yellow Fanlisting at TFL.org as soon as they took it off the troubles list after over a year. Well anyways, if you like, please take a look and help me spread the word, 'kay?
